1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and documentation.

Certain items such as rare collectibles, customized products, or perishable items may not be eligible for return. Sellers may specify such conditions in their product listings.

Return requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Process

Buyers must raise a return request through their CollectorsKart.com account, providing the reason and supporting evidence (such as photos).

The seller will review the request and approve or decline based on eligibility.

If approved, buyers will receive instructions for shipping the product back to the seller.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item, damaged item).
3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the seller confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Approved refunds will be processed to the buyer’s original payment method within 7 business days.

Platform fees and shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless required by law or in cases of seller error.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

The item is not returned in its original condition.

The return request was raised after the eligible time window.

The product category is marked “non-returnable” by the seller.
5. Order Cancellations

Buyers may cancel orders before the seller ships the product.

Once shipped, the order can only be processed through the return request system.
